A delicately colored wine that stands up to spicy or complex fish & seafood dishes. Elegant flavors of raspberry and cassis, it is 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah. The wine is made from the first bleeding off of juices after a cool maceration of hand picked grapes.

If this isn’t seductive enough, it has a historic back story. Prior to the French Revolution, this château was owned by the Marquis de Villeneuve, the man who supplied Louis XVI’s court with his wines.
