"Beyond Toast" Cookbook

Officially, the book is titled "The Gourmet Toaster Oven, Simple and Sophisticated Meals for the Busy Cook"  A fine enough title, but if you are relying on a toaster oven for your meals, the title doesn't even hint at how happy this collection will make you.
